I really enjoyed living here! The apartment was very charming with beautiful arch ways, large windows, and nice finishings. The owners were always very responsive and kind! Great location. No pest problems. No noise complaints. The only issue was the radiators would make the apartment excessively hot in the winter.

I highly recommend Robin Apartments. I leased a 1-bedroom unit in Logan Square for nearly 7 years and only moved out because I relocated to California for work. The location was unbeatable for the price. Mr. Robin and the entire staff were extremely helpful and professional. They responded to any maintenance requests promptly. I have nothing but high praises for Robin Apartments.

Mr. Robin is truly one of the best landlords out there. The few time something needed to be fixed, it was done swiftly and with care. Mr. Robin and the office truly care about their tenants. I recommend renting to college students looking to live away from campus.

I recently moved out of my studio on 22nd & Locust after living there for two years -- it's been an absolute pleasure renting from Robin Apartments during my time in Center City, and the only reason I'm moving out is due to my schedule (i.e. won't be in Philly for a good chunk of this upcoming year). Otherwise, I would have renewed without hesitation. From the beginning, they were attentive and fantastic to work with. I was out of the country, and Harvey was willing to work with me to set up a Zoom call and answer all of my questions/show me the place during that discussion. Once I submitted my application, they assured me that the place was mine, even though it took a bit longer to send over my initial deposit. Leading up to my move-in date, I reached out over email with some questions, and I always got a quick response. I was also able to ship some larger packages to their office for pick-up, which was so helpful for my moving process. During my time there, I put in a few maintenance requests and had most of them responded to very promptly. Mr. Robin also reached out personally and gave me a call back when it took a bit longer than expected to address a concern about water leaking from a ceiling (due to ice/snow melting from the roof), and I had every confidence that it would fixed prompty (it was taken care of the next day!) -- I appreciated how attentive everyone at the company was whenever something needed to be fixed/addressed. If I'm being honest, the apartment I was in was definitely one that tended to accumulate dust (probably normal for a lot of older buildings), but given that's my main complaint, I hope that goes to show what a great place this is. I had an air purifier that helped, and a duster was more than enough to address the problem. Additionally, my building did not have laundry in building, but it was only a short walk over to another Robin Apartment building with laundry. I recently received my full deposit back with no deductions, and I truly cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking to move to a spot in Philly! You won't get a luxury apartment with all-inclusive amenities, but you'll be paying a fantastic, fair price to live in Center City with one of the best apartment companies I've ever rented from. If I'm ever looking to sign a lease in Philly again, I would return to Robin Apartments.

This is a review for a studio apartment under Robin Apartments at 17th and Race. The place is small (about 200 SQ FT total if you count the bathroom and closet), but if you're okay with that, the price is cheap for Center City, it's pretty clean for a CC apartment (never seen a mouse for example), and the landlord family has been considerate, responsive, and helpful. The location is also close to City Hall and public transit as well as grocery stores/gyms/events, and I don't hear much noise even on the ground floor. My only two nitpicks are it can be a smidge dusty and the radiator can be noisy, but that's typical of gas-type heating places. I still think it's a great deal with rent under 1k in a prime CC location.

I have lived in a Robin Apartments apartment for 2 years now, and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff is incredibly kind, and they extend every courtesy that has become obsolete at typical property management offices today. I am able to have my important packages sent to the management office, and I always receive a prompt phone call from the office once it arrives. I have locked myself out before, and the on-call maintenance manager has arrived within 15 minutes to let me in each time. Any time an unexpected issue has arisen, Mr. Robin has offered incredibly fair solutions that left me feeling like a valued member of a community. My rent prices have also been very fair, especially for the spectacular location of my building. After 2 years, I feel comfortable saying that I am getting the best possible value living here.

Even during my move‑out process, they made everything smooth and stress‑free. They treat you like family, and their support made my stay even better. Another big plus is the pricing — for a place right in the heart of Center City, it’s hard to beat the value you get here. Great landlord for when I moved to Philly for the first time! Their building was well appointed, clean, and taken care of. The rent was also incredibly reasonable during a winter move in for the Rittenhouse area. Everyone who works there is extremely kind and helpful.

I absolutely love Robin Apartments! I just moved out after 2 years, and I will definitely miss living there. Their prices are amazing, especially considering the location, everyone was so nice, and they took care of everything. If there was ever any issue, like a beeping smoke detector or an AC unit that needed to go in my window, they dealt with it quickly and kindly, and that made it so easy to love my time there. I honestly hope to go back to them one day. Highly recommend!

He's the best landlord in Philadelphia, always for the underdog, very easy to talk too. God bless his soul, his father was amazing, he started this business i think in the early 1900s, and it still thriving today, what a great company.

I called a Robin Apartment my home for over 7 years and had an excellent tenant experience. Mr. Robin is very kind and professional, as are his office team and maintenance crew. The rent was affordable, the team was very responsive to maintenance issues (which were not frequent), and they really do care. (For example, after we had purchased an air conditioner unit that ending up not working for our window - just in time for a heat wave - they came and installed one they had on hand, free of charge.) The Rittenhouse area is a lovely place to live, and each Robin Apartment building has such unique character - I highly recommend renting from them. (And if you do, consider joining the Center City Residents Association, which is the local neighborhood organization that is open to renters, not just homeowners! A great way to get involved, make your voice heard on local issues, be in the know on fun events, and of course enjoy the discounts at local businesses!)

This is a great budget friendly complex. That's family owned and run. And when you live there you are family. Plus, you can't beat the heating prices anywhere in the 19103. Every complex has issues. This one has a solution based practice to resolve issues and/or minimize them quickly. I planned to stay 9 months and extended twice. Thank you: Jared, Carol, Harvey, and Mr. Charles!
